Sequential Content Development

As an Instructional Designer for The American Art Clay Company (AMACO/Brent), I produced an educational training series for how to safely operate and maintain electric kilns.  This takes complex technical information and makes it approachable for all types of learners.

Non-Linear Content Development

Demonstration of diagnostic and repair videos for AMACO/Brent equipment.  These are utilized by employees, distributors, and end-user customers.  I served as the subject matter expert as well as the video producer.  

In-Person Presentations

As a representative of AMACO/Brent I traveled the country teaching pottery equipment workshops to adult learners at colleges, universities, and art centers.

Live Streaming

Developed Education Department professional live-stream processes utilizing OBS and Zoom software with Stream Deck hardware.  Experience presenting remotely at Art Education Conferences across the country as a Company Representative.  Also utilized for distributor training and one-on-one customer help sessions during the pandemic.
